Doctor Olufemi Olaleye, was found guilty of raping his wife’s niece by Justice Rahman Oshodi of the Ikeja Sexual Offenses and Domestic Violence on Tuesday.

The judge determined that there was evidence between the victim’s testimony and the physician who examined her.

Additionally, he claimed that Olaleye’s confessional testimony and his wife’s exchange of emails and WhatsApp chats constituted sufficient evidence against him.

The confession and undertaking he drafted and signed at the Anthony Police Station with his lawyer, Olalekan Buruji, and his NBA seal, according to Justice Oshodi, further proved he had sexually assaulted the woman and made her suck his manhood.
